2.- ELA DAC – School Governance: The Why and How

You are an ELA parent if you have a student learning English as a second language in one of the DPS schools.

We are excited to invite you to the English Language Acquisition District Advisory Committee (ELA DAC). The topic will be School Governance: The Why and How.

NOTE: All schools in DPS must have certain governance structures to ensure that families and communities have a voice in their schools. We will discuss the requirements and the elements of a healthy school governance structure (ELA PACs, ELA DACs, and CSCs) and why and how parents can get involved.
