From November through January, Family and Community Engagement went to school to gather feedback on middle school program desires for the 2017-18 school year and beyond, and to discuss with families the pros and cons of the following options:
We are excited to announce that McAuliffe will begin expanding to roughly 360 students per grade level beginning with 6th grade in 2016. You can find out more information about this change below and by visiting the McAuliffe website and viewing a short video about the proposal.
As a Greater Park Hill/Stapleton resident, you are part of a shared middle school enrollment zone that currently has five middle school choices:
• Denver Discovery School,
• DSST: Conservatory Green,
• DSST: Stapleton Middle School,
• McAuliffe International School and
• William “Bill” Roberts (K-8).
There are also other great options in your area, including Odyssey School of Denver and Near Northeast Community Engagement School. For a full list of DPS schools, visit here.
