If you are receiving a "Good Deed Code" request during your submission you are utilizing the wrong link and should update it with the one in the guide above.

DPS offers community members, and employees numerous volunteer opportunities to connect with our students and schools. For more information about individual volunteer opportunities, contact Volunteer Services unless otherwise noted. All volunteer opportunities require a background check.
The Black Education Advisory Council (BEAC) is a group of DPS community members who value and honor the richness and diversity that our Black and Indigenous culture brings to the educational system in DPS. We are looking for council members to be part of this critical work.
BEAC is accepting applications through Oct. 11. The selection process will take place between October and November. BEAC is open to all DPS students, families, staff, and community members.

What: Gathering and donation of Food Pantry Items
NW Community Hub is launching a grocery market for our NW families and community members experiencing food insecurities. They are looking for your assistance in supporting their efforts by gathering and donating food pantry items. Take a look in your pantry, you may have what they are looking for! Grab a friend and ask your neighbors to contribute!
Drop off Days and Times: Tuesday, October 29th between 8:15am- 4:15pm and Wednesday, October 30th between 8:15am- 4:15pm

5 Hours, Every Month, Every Denverite
During the 2024 State of the City address, Mayor Mike Johnston proudly announced the launch of Give5 Mile High, a new citywide volunteer initiative led by First Lady of Denver Courtney Johnston. This program empowers Denverites to come together and strengthen our community through collective service.

DPS Hubs would benefit from volunteer resources to deliver, unload, and restock their stores.
Volunteer Services is looking for dedicated volunteer groups to commit to a monthly drop off and restock effort.
Event Date and Time: Deliver once per month on Wednesday – time TBD.

DPS Spellbinders are a group of passionate volunteers trained in the art of oral storytelling. Spellbinders mission is to use the art of oral storytelling to enhance literacy, encourage character development and build inter-generational communities.
